Taal the beat, is the story of Mansi (AishwaryaRai), a beautiful girl from Chamba, who is the daughter of a folk singer an exponent in singing and dancing who believes in the basic family values and virtues of life but goes through a tough journey of life with challenging experiences of meeting two righteous men with contrast beliefs.

Taal a vibration, is the story of Manav Mehta (Akshaye Khanna), a young and handsome son of a billionaire family from London, who visits Chamba in Northern India for the first time and is astonished to discover the scenic beauty of Chamba and Mansi. He gets drowned into Divine Love of Mansi and promises her to be her life partner. One day he has to depart from her believing that Love is nothing but an ultimate faith.

Taal - the beat of time, is the story of Vikrant Kapoor (Anil Kapoor) who believes in the practical and materialistic values of life, he owns a big Music and Entertainment company and grooms Mansi into an International Singing star and falls in love with her and wants to marry her. Vikrant believes that "Love is nothing but give and take" till Mansi's faith and divine love shakes him up and more possessive about Mansi. He is an entertainer per excellence but goes through the experience of rearising the Truth or Love.
