Born as Sardar Hasan Khan in 1900, Behzad Lakhnavi is regarded as one of the most eminent Urdu poets of his time. Introduced to All India Radio by Zulfikar Ali Bukhari, he used to work for them before migrating to Pakistan after the Partition.
