A story of CID inspector (Anand) of Bombay, possessing courage, layalty and with devoton to his duties for the nation, whose ambitions were to smash all the traitors, spy's and their agents, who were hindering the progress of the country and destroying national wealth.

Prior to this Anand visited European countries and successfully broken off many spy rings there, he was well known and gamilir to secrets service activities.

Now, he was challanged in his own country by some traitors, who were chasing him to get his secret information which he possessed, in a railway compartment Anand met a pretty girl (Shabnam) and same time he struggled with a traitor named Labo.

Anand and Shabnam both were arrested and brought before another gang leader "Jagga" where he struggled for life and death and when he realised his mistake of Shabnam's behaviour, and he was shocked.

Anand continued his struggle to findout traitor secrets.

But did he achieved ambitions? Is Shabnam was realy a traitor and who was real leader of the gang?
