Break Up is a film about the problem which contemporary youth usually face i.e. having to deal with the pain of unsuccessful relationships. Sometimes they take drastic steps because they cannot deal with the trauma. This film shows what can be the positive side of a break-up. Nisha faces an emotional crisis after her break-up. With the help of the other characters she regains the courage to face the world again. She understands the positive and negative sides of a break-up. Along with break-up issues, this film also comments on what true love really is.

There are three songs in the film namely Chintna Pavta Thoim Amche (Where thoughts Take you), Nisha O Nisha, Sukh Dukh Soglleanchea Jivitant (Joy, sorrow in every one’s life).
