BALKRISHNA (Hero) is a vibrant youngman of a small town.

GAURI (RAMIYA) neighbour of Balkrishna loves him and belives that she will be the wife to him.

A city girl PRIYA (Heroine RAVINA TANDON) suddenly arrives in the same town and lot of development takes place. She accompained by her AAYA (Srividya and so called Aunty) with two bodyguards. Priya claims that her family had an old associationship with Balkrishna family, whose family, left the place long ago.

The feeling of Priya to get the love of Balkrishna, results in confrontation, challenges and counter challenges between two young girls Ravina Tandon & Ramiya.

An incident involving Priya and Balkrishna makes Balkrishna feel that Priya is in love with him. But knowing his feeling, Priya tries to clarify things to Shantidevi (Hero mother)

Enraged by the playful attitude of Priya, Balkrishna forcefully ties Mangalsutra to her.

The suspicious attitude of the Priya's bodyguards, plant some doubt in the mind of Balkrishna about Priya's background. Priya and her Aaya are forced to confess about her.

She is the family member of a Police Officer, whose whole family except Priya was killed by famous TERRIORISTS RAKA and she was brought to the village for safety.

Knowing the pathetic story of Priya, Balkrishna accepts her wholeheartly as his wife and protects her from the attacks of the terrorists and also punishes SARAT SAXENA (DIG of Police), who is supposed to be the protector of the girl when he forcefully tries to marry her.
