Its is a story of a young couple Meghna Naidu (Sapna) and Shahwar Ali (Raj) living in Dubai. Raj has an ambitious dream of moving to U.S. He is a workholic. Sapna is missing the passion which onnce existed in their relationship. Accidently she meets Tarun Arora (Ajay). Ajay catches on to her loneliness. Exploits it. Sapna is lured into a relationship with him. This brings our her inner conflicts because she is deeply in love with Raj. To begin with Raj does not see any change occuring either in her or their relationship. But soon he is made aware if it by a colleague in his office. Now he turns suspicious, hires a private detective to follow her and what the detective comes up with devastates Raj.

Raj looses control what follows is not premeditated but a series of accidents. A break-up in Raj and Sapna's marriage. Talk of a divorce. Everything falls apart.

But the supreme sacrifice on Sapna's part which is her way of punishing herself, convinces Raj of Sapnas deep love for him. Raj saves her from self - demolition. They come close. But is if forever...
