"SWEET DREAMS" a beautiful hotel of a rich man Pandey is being constructed, as the labourers are digging the foundation suddenly they come across an old grave, on digging further they find a dead body, they are terrified, a miracle happens and the dead body suddenly disappears. They are shocked but they continue their work. The hotel is constructed and immediately after inauguration, death looms large on the four owners and their friends. Every night after twelve a ghost comes out form the old grave and kills them one by one. Inspector Vishal investigates the murders and in spite of all precautions the bloody sport played by the ghost goes on.

Who is this deadly ghost of the old grave? What is the relation between the hotel owner Pandey and the ghost? Why does he kill very night?
