Nisha (Rajni Chandra) after the death of her parents has one dream to educate and upbring her sister (Pooja) in a respectable manner. Nisha's dream is shattered when one day Rambo (Shiva) molests Pooja and in retaliation Pooja kills Rambo. Pooja is sent on remand in police custody. During police remand Pooja is sent to a richman (Anil Nagrath), where she is raped again and murdered. The corrupt police inspector with the co-operation of doctor is able to prove it as a case of suicide.

Nisha decides to take the law in her own hands; she commits a crime and lands in jail. Then she meets the corrupt jailor and sent to the richman and Nisha kills him. She challenges the police inspector that she cannot be prosecuted for the murder as she was in jail as per the jail register. Senior inspector Mohan Joshi makes Nisha understand that violence is not the way to achieve justice. She does not kill the doctor and the police inspector but teaches them a lesson.
