It’s been said that Love knows no boundary but yet some fool try to take Love by force Love cannot be bought. This was the same feeling which Rajkumar (Aditya) had, he thought he could buy Love. Rajkumar a wealthy man who earned name and fame by unlawful activities, he was one of the most dangerous person known in the crime. He used to play with girls and throw them as they were a butt of a cigarette. With this attitude in mind, he met Kajal ( Monika Bedi) he tried to win her (Kajal) heart wwith money, but she hated this attitude.

Rajkumar meets Ajay (Ayub Khan) who saves Rajkumar’s life in an encounter which was planned to kill Raj Kumar by Ronni (Shakti Kapoor) an arch rival in the business of crime, this act of saving makes them good friends. But this friendship cannot last long. When Ajay comes to Rajkumars Palace, he realizes to make Rajkumar understand, but Rajkumar is too stubborn to realize this. One day when Ajay cannot take all this humiliation towards Kajal he takes her and runs away from the palace.

Rajkumar comes to know about it he catches them and smashes the hell out of Ajay and tells him that you betrayed my friendship and he takes Kajal and throws her in Balluwadi brothel, where Ballu Kubada (Mohan Johi) is in-charge of all the girls there.
