The King of Naglok Nageshwar is one day saved by a woman from the clutches of a Tantrik Sapera. The woman who has no children asks for son, Nageshwar tells her that there is no child in your destiny but I will give you my own son an Ichhadhari snake Rajnikant but after 25 years you will have to return him to me since he is already betrothed to his beloved Ichhadhari nagin Rajni. The woman gets a child whom she names Nagesh. Nagesh grows up to be an Inspector and he marries Neelam. The beloved of Nagesh alias Rajnikant i.e. Ichchadhari Nagin one day comes to kill Neelam. A snake charmer tries to trap her to take away the 'Amar Mala' from her neck. The specialty of this Amar Mala is that anyone who wears it will become immortal. At the nick of time Neelam Neelam saves the life of Rajni and her Amar Mala. When daku Chattan Singh is told about this Amar Mala, he also wants to grab it. He plays a trick and inspector Nagesh is imprisoned in a murder case. Now both the enemies i.e. Rajni and Neelam became friends and their common aim is to free inspector Nagesh. Daku Chattan Singh is waiting for an occasion when Rajni will come to meet inspector Nagesh so that he can trap her and snatch the Amar Mala.

Who ultimately gets the Amar Mala? What happens to Nagesh after 25 years? Does Rajni get him back after 25 years? What happens to Neelam?

All these and many more questions are answered in the most entertaining and novel way in "NAGIN AUR LOOTERE".
