"ZAKHMI SHER" is the story of a Military Officer, his patriotism, duty and valour one who fights victoriously on the war front with the outside enemies of the country and with the enemies of the society and the justice within the country.

VIJAY KUMAR SINGH is an Army Major. He is honoured with MAHAVIR CHAKRA for his bravery and valour in the war. His father was also an Army Major but he proved to be a traitor by selling the Military Secrets to the enemies of the Country. He escapes the law and turns into a SWAMI with thousands of his followers all over the Country and abroad as well. But actually he is the MAFIA head of Anti-Social elements and gangster who deals in flesh trade, smuggling and other anti-social activities. Major Vijay wages the war against these enemies of country. When he finds that the Law of Courts is blind and criminals go scot free on the grounds of false witnesses and bribery. He turns into a wounded Lion (ZAKHMI SHER) and punishes all those criminals in his personal Court where he has unfolded the blinds from eyes of Justice and in this process he sacrifices his mother, sister, wife and his traitor too.
