An innocent child vinu is very much affectionate to his mother but his castle of affection soon breaks off following the marriage of his mother. Vinu just can't digest this sudden development, a raging tornado of anger and hatred sweeps him to city where Hajibaba, a smuggler gives him a new name 'Vishwa' and under his patronage Vinu passes a big chunk of time. At Hajibaba's den Dalal and his brothers don't like Hajibaba's affection to Vinu while 'Shiva' is very close to Vishwa.

The enmity rises, Hajibaba is killed by Dalal and Vishwa is charged following Dalal's conspiracy. Later after releasing from jail a new gang war begins and a new Police Commissioner is appointed to and it, but he himself is the first hand target of Vishwa and Dalal, further in a sudden development, Vishwa comes to know about his mother who is now Commissioner's wife. Mother tries to pacify Vishwa who remains adamant but saves is mother's life from Dalal.

The story reaches to a climax when Dalala kills Vishwa's wife and kidnap's his son Vishwa attacks with Shiva and kills Dalal and his men. Proud mother declares Vishwa his son and thus Vishwa rejuvenates his life and 'HADH' for new horizons.
