Avinash Malhotra was an upright honest Commissioner of Police. He was proud of his officers and wept bitter tears when they were killed in line of duty. He shared his grief with his childhood friend Nageshwar Chowdhry.
The only alternate left for commissioner Avinash was to summon the best man who fought crime, from the High Police Command of Delhi. His name was "Inspector Dhanush".

Inspector Dhanush was a fury unleashed on the underworld. A terror for criminals, a nightmare for drug dealers. Then there was a final confrontation. Inspector Dhanush stood face to face with the culprit-shocked.. realising that the man behind the death of many an officer of police was none other than Nageshwar Chowdhry-the uncrowned emperor of underworld. But before the news could reach the portals of justice there were few reverbrating shots from the gun of Nageswar which tore the heart of Inspector Dhanush. Then there was silence... silence of death... Inspector Dhanush was murdered.

His wife wept- his sister was petrified in sorrow and his only child waited for her father to return in all innocence.
Sangita is a media girl and being sister of Commissioner Avinash she finds an easy access to various places of interest. She moves from the mental assylum of Agra to jails of Bangalore always in search of a story.

One day she met a prisoner serving a life term. He was the msot ruthless brutal creature of the criminal world. Sangita was shocked to see that this man bore an uncanny resemblance to Inspector Dhanush. But, for Commissioner Avinash here was a chance to get at the killers. Soon the media spread the word that Inspector Dhanush lived.

Nageshwar Chowdhry nearly had a cardiac arrest. The criminals ran at the sight of reincarnation of Inspector Dhanush.
He was walking shooting death warrant for Nageshwar Chowdhry. Will his army of criminals be able to stop this ruthless killing machine called Inspector Dhanush...

The underworld was terror stricken with just one sentence "Criminals Beware Inspector Dhanush is coming".
