Master Satya Prakash (Alok Nath) have to sons Tiger (Rajat Bedi) and Raja (Faisal Khan). In bad time Tiger met Under world Don Anna (Sayaji Shinde) and Minister (Govind Namdeo) and he joins hands with them. As Tiger joined the bad company he was trapped in the world of crime.
Because of Tiger, Master Satya Prakash wants to leave the city.
Raja meets his girl friend Khushi (Misha Shah) and tells her to forget him.
Tiger is in loves with a girl called Chandni (Saadhika). Chandni removes Tiger from teh world of crime and brings him back in his family. Tiger has an enemy named Kaalia (Nirmal Pandey). Kaalia kills Tiger and his girl friend Chandni.
Master Satya Prakash and Raja goes to Police, but they refuses to Register the case.
As seeing all this Raja decides to fight with Law and Crime and he take oath, he will finiesh the underworld.
