Ganga (Poonam Das Gupta) is a village girl, who come to city to find his boyfriend and is trapped in (Ramesh Goyal's) plan and forced to work in red light area for her daughter.

But after her Shalu (Satnam Kaur) is also running on same track with Amit (Amit Kapoor). On other hand Prem (Hemant Birje) is involved with Rati (Satam Kaur in double role) but Prem's father Dhanpat Rai (Gurubachhan Singh) is against them. But Rati and Prem get married and stay at other house. When Amit & Shalu comes to know about Rati. They kidnap Rati and sent Shalu at Prem's house where she tries to fool Prem & get their money. Amit kills Rati and throw her in jungle.
