DHARWANI HAVELI is a rape and revenge story. Raja (Sanjeet Sinha) is a play boy. He is uncrowned king of Balrampur. Vikram Saxena (Raj Gaurav), a dashing Police Inspector, joins at Balrampur. He is very strict officer, but very soft by heart. He falls in love with Shilpa (Anuja), daughter of Commissioner K.K. Khanna (Mahesh Raj).

One day Raja and his friends raped (Vishakha). Roshni went to complain Raja's father Deen Dayal Pandey (Anjan Srivastava). But on the contrary, he too raped her. Helpless Roshni committed suicide.

Guru Ghantal (Goga kapoor) nabbed Roshini's spirit and put it into Shilpa's body. Shilpa, under the influence of spirit, killed Raja's friends and Deen Dayal Pandey too. Police announced Rs. 5 lakh award to nab the murderer.

Changulal (Birbal) Mangulal (Mammauji) two ambitious constables pocketed all their money and came out to catch the killer. But Johny (Rajesh Puri) a pick-pocket, every time escapes with the booty.

Roshni's spirit eventually killed Raja in a massive climax fight. By the help of Pahari Baba (Sudheer Dalvi), Roshni's spirit vanishes from Shilpa's body and Vikram and Shilpa meet happily.
