A musical love story revolves around two young lovers i.e. Priya and Ravi who happens to be collegemates. Priya is the sister of D.C.P. Sridhar Varma, whereas Ravi a parentle child was brought up by a fisherman. But Sridhar Varma has become an obstacle on their way as he wants his sister Priya to get married to the son of Mayor Chandrachud i.e. the foreign return youngman Vishal. The reason behind is Vengu. Sridhar Varma wants to accommodate his sister in the royal house as a bahu to destroy Chandrachud who was responsible for the death of his bua fifteen years ago. Chandrachud accepts the proposal to celebrate his son's marriage with Priya out of fear, as such he had committed a crime by assassinating one union labour leader of his factory. But Vishal the son of Mayor when comes to know about the love affair of Priya and Ravi finally sacrifices and falls in love with another village belle Shalu i.e. the daughter of deceased labour leader Amrit Goswami. Sridhar Varma comes to know Vishal's involvement with Shalu, he manages to kill her and frames Ravi on the said murder charge with an intention to clear the way of his sister Priya's marriage. Finally the matter goes to the court of law for final Verdict?
