Raj (Govinda) is a detective by hobby and habit. He considers himself to be the best in the business. Not only that, he sees fulfilments of his future romentic dreams through that route. The romantic dream as well as the craving to be a No. 1 detective takes him to Europe.

On this trip he is associated with Indian families on a holiday and also Anjali (Rani Mukherjee) who is on the tour to be away from the regular naggings of her family to get married.
