In a village called Sitapur Goga Daku (Gaga Kapoor) has killed five inspectors of Sitapur Police Station. He is therefore arrested by Usha Singh (Moon Moon Sen) and subsequently sentenced to life Imprisonment. Champa (Shagufta Ali) gives supari to Raka (Deepak Saraf) Jeeta (Sanjeeva) & Gaja (Jogender Chauhan) to rescue Goga Daku from the jail and with their help Goga Daku escapes from the jail. While Usha Singh is getting married to Inspector Thakur (Javed Khan) Goga Daku kills inspector Thakur his brother and their mother and Usha Singh is left to live the life of a widow. Usha takes the Dropadi Pratigya that she will not tie her hair till she washes them with the blood of Goga Daku. In the same village there are Shata Ram (Kader Khan) and Karodi Mal (Shakti Kapoor) father & son. Karodi Mal wants to marry a girl but Shata Ram every time gets a new wife and tellse him that this is your new mother. Ghazi Khan (Kiran Kumar) whose sister (Shagufta Ali) was kidnapped by Goga Daku is also hunting for Goga Daku. In the end Ghazi Khan, Raka, Jeeta, Gaja and Shata Ram help Usha Singh to take her revenge and that is why, it is "INTEQAM AURAT KA".
