Jai (Sharad Kapoor) and Raj (Mukul Dev) are street children brought up by Gayatri (Aruna Irani). Who manages a home for the street children. Both of them are frauds. Jai's lover is Radha (Tina) and Raj's Mili (Divya Dutta) Gayatri runs a road side inn (Dhaba) to make her ends meet and cater to the children's needs. Some years ago Gayatri's father had taken a small loan from Udham Singh (Prem Chopra) by mortgaging the dhaba's land which Udham Singh changed into Lakhs by his cunningness. He warns her to pay off the loan or else vacate the place. When Jai and Raj come to know about Gayatri's plight they cheat Udham Singh and run away with his drugs worth crores of rupees. They blackmail Udham Singh and demand Rs. 50 lakhs for the drugs. Udham Singh pays them the money to get back the drugs but they run away with the drugs as well as the money. Udham Singh sends his brother Bhookamp Singh (Mukesh Rishi) to find them. Saving themselves from the clutches of Bhookamp Jai, Raj, Radha and Mili move to Punjab Rajasthan and Goa where they come across Bhookamp Singh and also meet an insane Gabbar Singh (Johny Lever). When Bhookamp fails to capture Jai and Raj he kidnaps Radha and Milli. Jai and Raj reach as Mumbai where they find out that their mother and other brothers & sisters are in the clutches of Udham Singh. Do they succeed in freeing their mother and other brothers & sisters from Udham Singh's clutches?  Who is this insane Gabbar Singh and why is he following Jai and Raj?
