Escaping Geetha (Bharati) used the opportunity for having possessed the trunk belonging to one Geetha (Farida Jalal) who was involved in an accident. Geeta (Bharati) met Ravi. It so transpired that Geetha claimed to be a daughter of Ravi's father Ramlal.

Ramlal was surprised to see Geetha (Bharati), who by now determined to claim all the rights of a lawful daughter born to Ramlal, though Ramlal had neglected Geetha's mother for many years, inspite of exchange of letters between them in secret. Ramlal covered this past from his present beloved wife- the mother of Ravi. He gave her an excuse that Geetha was a daughter of his close friend and she might be permitted to stay in the house. Mrs Ramlal took interest in Geetha (Bharati) with a hope to have her as her daughter-in-law.

Finding Geetha (Bharati) in his house in the place of his real half-sister Geetha (Farida Jalal), Ravi began to conduct a make-believe-romantic-chase, to embarass his father Ramla!

Geeta (Farida Jalal) joined her lover Sunder due to efforts of Ravi and Kedarnath (Sunder's father) was forced to accept their intention to marry!

In this designed comedy involving both Geetha's with their embarrassed 'in-laws', creates a rib-tickling comedy of all time- a hilarious drama of father's dilemma !!
