'Asli Naqli' is an action-packed love drama.

Seth Laxminarayan is a kind-hearted wealthy man who lives only for the good of others. This ambition is to build a hospital for the poor. He has two wives, Saraswati and Seema. He had to marry his second wife under the compelling obligation for her father. He has a son from Saraswati and a daughter from Seema. Even though his two wives live separately, Laxminarayan is a happy man who never falls short of his love for his wife and children.

In contrast, Laxminarayan's manager Durjan Singh is not only a greedy and cunning man, his son is also cunning and greedy like his father. But Sethi's old driver is the most lovable and loyal man, who is known as 'chacha' to all.

Durjan Singh's sole aim is to usurp Seth's entire property. One day he abducts Laxminarayan's second wife Seema and later sets fire to the house where Seth's first wife lives with her son. Saraswati succumbs to her burn injury though her son manages to escape. Laxminarayan dies of shock.

Durjan Singh wants his son to marry Anita. Seema detests the idea.

On the day of her marriage when Anita is about to tie the knot to Durjan's son, a stranger named Vijay comes to wedding pandal and claims that he has already been married to Anita. While all are amazed, Anita announces that what Vijay has said is true.

Now as husband of Anita, Vijay inherits all of Laxminarayan's property. As a bolt from the blue to Vijay, a man called Birju arrives on the scene and he claims that he is the Seth's lost son.

In Birju Durjan Singh sees silver lining in the dark clouds. He now incites Birju against Vijay by poisoning his ears. One day Birju meets Vijay. Already instigated by Durgan Singh, Birju spits all his venom at Vijay and they both come to blows.

What happens after that?

Will Vijay and Birju continue to be at dagger's drawn?

Will Durjan Singh succeed in grabbing Laxminarayan's property?

Is Birju Laxminarayan's real son?
