DEVI the only adolescent and innocent boy of GEETA DEVI slams the door of his own house because of the torture of his step father advocate MAHENDRAPRATAP. Geeta Devi remains helpless.

Greedy was Mahendrapratap, he grabs wealth and riches of Geeta Devi with the connivance of HARDWARILAL, his son JUMMY and ROOPA. One day, Geeta Devi was implicated in the murder of Judge SAXENA and is sentenced. Geeta Devi was pregnant before sentence and gives birth to a male child - RAJU in the jail. Geeta Devi leaves Raju in the care of her honest driver. Hardwarilal attempts to set the house of the driver ablaze, the driver and his wife are killed. Raju and the driver's son MOHAN survive. Raju joins RANI and her father KHOPADI who ware "MADARIS". Raju with his hard work educates Mohan, who later becomes a Police Inspector.

Raju is tossed between two girls viz. RANI and ANJALI.

DEVI inherits the wealth of an ARAB from Dubai but always feels the pangs of love and separation of his mother and brother. RAJU and DEVI suddenly meet, confront each other and clear their misunderstandings. They both vow to take avenge the death of their mother.

Mahendrapratap is trapped by Hardwarilal, JIMMY and ROOA in their evil designs, Devi is mentally torturing Judge Mahendrapratap on every count. Devi and Raju successfully destroy Hardwrilal and Jummy's business empire and smuggling activities. Hardwarilal and Roopa attempt to marry Anjali to Jimmy forcibly. Roopa is murdered and Raju is caught as the murderer. Judge Mahendrapratap comes to know that Raju is his own son.
