Raghunath Rai and Janaki was a happy married couple. Raghu, an ambitious person, a graduate unemployed, desperately becomes a rickshaw puller. Janaki a lawyer of repute.

Raghu a man of self-respect. After a mishap Janaki cannot bear any children. So, she brings up Sunil, Raghu's younger brother as her own son, finds a bliss in him. One thing brother's Raghu is that he is known by his wife's reputation as a lawyer, troubled by it.

So happens one day he meets his old friend Ram Manohar Tripathi, who poisons his mind, on out-law. Ram Manohar is killed by Boss Darshanlal's son. Raghu is a witness. Janaki convicts Darshanlal's son, who is sentenced to death. Somehow Darshanlal gets Raghu in his clutches. Raghu, an outlaw now, in need to become a very rich man.

One day Janaki get the death news of her husband, who at the time was a Public Prosecutor. She loved her husband but for Sunil's sake brings him up and he becomes a Police Officer. Janaki lives like a widow. Sunil loves Rashmi. Sunil is given responsible job of arresting some outlaws by his department. While performing the duty, Darshanlal's goods get caught. Darshanlal kidnaps Rashmi. Raghu is surprised to know that Sunil is his younger brother. Sunil's beloved Rashmi is in hands of Darshanlal. DOES Raghu save Rashmi? DOES Sunil arrest his elder brother? What will be the Judgment of the Judge? What will be the Judgment of the Wife? SEE !!
