Police Aur Mujrim is the story of Police Commissioner Vir Bahadur Singh and D.S.P. Khanna, who are the honest and able officers of the Police Department. They perform their duty with honesty and responsibility.

Police Aur Mujrim is the story of a corrupt Home Minister he never wants to leave his post at any cost, to maintain the same he goes to such an extent that he produces false witness in court and releases the murderers of his only son.

When Commissioner Vir Bahadur Singh and D.S.P. Khanna go against Dharampal, Dharampal kills the family of the commissioner and kills the sister of D.S.P. Khanna and becomes the enemy.

Now the battle between Commissioner Vir Bahadur, D.S.P. Khanna on one side and Home Minister Dharampal and his gang on the other side begins.
