The story of the film is about a woman, Shivani who fights for justice against all obstacles and against the most powerful, people in society.

Shivani is an airhostess working for AIR INDIA. She is betrothed to Ashok a pilot from the same airlines. One evening Vijay Agnihotri, a super-rich business man of the city notices Shivani and tries to impress Shivani in all conceivable ways but is of no use. Vijay convinces his mother to accompany him to the girls house to propose marriage.

When they arrive they are shocked to see her getting married to Ashok. Vijay is shattered. Four years pass, but Vijay is still obsessed by Shivani. But when he realises that she will never love him, then he plays an evil trick on her and gets Shivani arrested by the police. Shivani becomes a different woman from within as she lives through the tragic incident of her life. When Shivani is released from jail she teaches the lesson of a life-time to all the people who have made her life miserable and take the ultimate revenge of a mother and wife and upholds the dignity and righteousness of womanhood.
