Seth Ratanlal (Navin Nischol) is going for the Puja Naag Panchmi to his Farm House with his daughter and son Ravi (Akshay Kumar). On the way Murgan (Rejendra Gupta) surround them with his people, to build a five star hotel and take the ownership of his Farm House.

When Ratanlal refuses he kills him. Ravi tries to save his sister honour but unable, Murgan kills her also and, throws Ravi from top of the hills. Doctor is hopeless that Ravi will be saved. But suddenly Ravi comes in sense, this becomes miracle for the doctors. Suddenly Murgan's people die one by one. They come to know that a snake has bitten them.
