Billo a motor mechanic is working in Gauri's garage. He meets his dream girl Devika when he saves her from the clutches of a few goondas. He is awed by her beauty and falls in love with her.

Devika is stubborn, high headed, the only sister of an ex-Prince Yashwant Singh. She refutes every move of Billo to impress her. But on the Holi festival, Billo smudges colours on her something which she hated. Yashwant decides to punish Billo. He tortures him in his pool. Gauri asks him to vow and to never look towards the palace again.

Gauri loves Billo but Billo treats her as his caretaker Guru's daughter only and lovers Devika madly. Yashwant Singh excited by the beauty of Gauri, gets her kidnapped and rapes her in his Shikargash Gauri lodges a FIR. The case moves to court where she is badly humiliated. Frustrated, she commits suicide.

Billo rises in anger kidnaps Devika and takes her to the jungles.

Devika comes close to Billo and her hate turns into love, but Yashwant Singh follows them into the jungle, finds them in love, hates his sister for doing so and decides to kill both.
But they escape and Yashwant encounters them again but his time Yashwant Singh is punished for evil deeds, falls in waterfall to meet his end.
