Inspector Suryaveer (Rajkiran) is a honest and strict Police Officer has got a mission from Commissioner against the group of Jumbo (Pramod Moutho) who want to destroy India to spread crime and create divide and rule policy. Dhanraj (Anupam Kher) plays a dual role in the Society. One as a noble minister and the other he himself combine with Jumbo.

Suryaveer sadly sees the end of his life when these terrorist assassinates him. Amar (Govinda)  who is the younger brother of Suryaveer, was a keen and teen singer would like to become a Great Singer in his life turns as an angry youngman and takes an oath to take stunning revenge against Jumbo and his terrorist group. The revenge becomes the target of his life.

On the other side Satpal (Nasiruddin Shah) is a Co-Officer with Suryaveer, Lefts his job to kill his negative minded wife and be a heavy drunker , makes a team to hear the news of dead of Suryaveer by his brother Amar. In his team, there are Rani (Dimple Kapadia) and Karan (Brando Bakshi) also wants to take revenge of the death of Suryaveer, Police department appoints a New Officer in place of Suryaveer, called Vikash (Vishal Khanna) on the same mission of Suryaveer against Jumbo and Dhanraj. From one side Amar and on the other side Satpal, Rani, Karan and on the third side Vikash goes ahead against Jumbo & Dhanraj.
