"Chandi Pooja" is the sacred saga of the significance and spirit behind the worship of the universal MOTHER, since the dawn of civilization.

King Dhruvsandhi, his senior queen Manorama and dumb Sudarshan their only child and heir to the throne of Ayodhya fall victim to a heinous conspiracy of Purohit and Senapati Yodhajit.

Tossing as helpless pawns of destiny but stead fast in their faith in CHANDI they are lost one another in strange circumstances and are cornered and pressed in situations wherein even the devil will break.

CHANDI in her infinite mercy harbours dumb Sudarshan under her protective wings and teaches him the basic mantras of CHANDI POOJA. To queen Manorama's lot falls the duty of nursing Sashikala, the motherless princes of Kashinagar. The events move at terrific tempo leading to a spell bound climax and ending on reverential note of universal power and love of mother CHANDI.
