Raja (Chunky Pandey) a small time thief operates with the help of his three friends Inder (Danny) Choos Lee (Shakti Kapoor) and Bheema (Hemant Birje) During one such theft his friends get arrested and Raja manages to escape, thus resulting in the three friends misunderstanding, Raja thinks that he must have pre-arranged the whole net and runs away with the loot.

Somewhere along Babudada (Ranjeet) who harasses Arti (Kimi) Raja's girl friend, gets beaten up by Raja and as a revenge Babudada traps Raja into a murder case. Raja seeks out for Babudada, but unfortunately Babudada gets finished. Now Raja is at a point where he cannot return to his own town because of the murder charge of per farce he has to go out in searth of a new avenue, during the process of which he meets millionaire Vijay Singh (Raj Kiran) who is returning home after 15 long years. On the way to Vijay's haveli their car meets with an accident and Vijay gets knocked out. Raja who survives has but only one option, to take Vijay's Place & enter the haveli.

However, the haveli has its own set of Problems, far the haveli manager Nagnath (Kiran Kumar) and the Village Choudhary (Prem Chopra) are bent upon destroying the Thakurain (Sushma Seth) who is none other than Vijay Singh's mother. 

Dose Raja come and loot even here ?

Do his friends ever catch up with him ?

Dose the mother recognises Raja's real indentity ? 

What happens to the murder charge on Raja ? 

Do Choudhary & the managers succeed in their vicious mission ?
