Ram (Jeetendra) is a factory worker and he is the leader of Worker's Union. All the factory workers can do and die for him. Sita (Jayaprada) is the only daughter of a Millionaire. She is studying Business Management in United States of America. She inherits her father's entire property and number of mills after her father's death. One of those mills is the mill where Ram is working. Ravi (Shakti) is the manager of that mill. He does not fulfill the promises and genuine demands of workers. He does not want that workers should have a direct contact with the mill owner, which results into dissatisfaction of factory workers. Ram and Sita are unaware of each other's reality and status and unknowingly they fall in love which results into their marriage. When they come to know about each other's real status that there exists, not only the relationship of husband and wife but relationship of worker and mill owner between them. They decide that one relationship will never cross the roads with other relationship. At home Sita will not be Ram's boss and in the factory she won't be his wife. Ravi who wanted to marry Sita and swallow her entire property could not tolerate the union of Ram and Sita. Ravi turns into Ravana. He wants to separate two lovers, a husband and wife and a stage comes when he succeeds in separating them. How Ram and Sita got separated, How Ravi planned his strategy, How Ram could win over Ravana, Whether Ram and Sita's reunion took place or not.
