This story is about three young men Johny, Govinda and Iqbal. They live with pride and say- 'Jeete Hain Shan Se'.

Johny- in his childhood, lost his father and killer Balwant saved himself and due to his plan Johny's mother Mary was sentenced to life imprisonment. Rahim took responsibility of Johny and looked after him with his son Iqbal. Rahim never told Johny about his mother that she is in jail because Mary had taken a promise.

Johny becomes young and he has two aims in his life-first he wants to find his mother and second to fulfill Iqbal's wishes. Johny loves Juli and earns commissions from Police by catching smugglers and black marketeers.

Govinda-in his childhood, lost his father due to same criminal Balwant. Because his father Advocate Varma wanted to save Mary. Govinda loves Kiran. She is daughter of a big businessman J.K. . J.K. was the same man known in the past as Balwant.

J.K. is worried from Johny, who is destroying his smuggling & other activity and from Govinda, who is lover of his daughter.

J.K. tries to get rid of Johny and Govinda. J.K. plans and Johny, Govinda and Iqbal fails his plan.

Ultimately J.K. plans and succeeds in making Joyny and Govinda as enemy of each other.

Who succeeds? Johny and Govinda or J.K.?
