The thief, dacoit, and murdered Raghu is released from jail—a completely transformed man. He takes a vow to live honestly and never to abandon the path of truth again.

But Police Inspector, Mathur who firmly believes that “Once a bad is always bad!” scoffs at Raghu’s resolve.

And the boss, the leader of the gangsters who is very much in need of Raghu, tries everything in his field.

Raghu is once again thrown in the conflict of conscience. The forces of law and order on the one hand, and boss on the other, never, give him a moment of peace. Even his wife Malti and child is not spared. He is thrown out from every factory, office and Bank and thus the whole family is in the grip of starvation. Malti becomes a dancer in a club to save the situation. But Raghu mislead by Boss, misunderstands her. Now materially broke, morally a wreck Raghu decides to join the boss. Raghu’s arrival sparks a wave of happiness in the den. Boss plans big operations of all time.
